RENT MANAGER BIRD'S EYE VIEW

Have you ever wanted to just look at a picture of your community and know who is late? How about what units are available for rent? Now you can! The Rent Manager Bird's Eye View provides an aerial map of the property. Each unit in the map is color coded to show several different pre-set status levels such as aged delinquencies, unit availability, and occupancy. In addition to the default views, the Bird's Eye View allows users to create custom views.

The Bird's Eye View provides a real-time visual reference for your property. Users can hold their mouse over any unit for a detailed list of information. Users can also drill down on any unit in the map to gather more specific information. This is the ideal solution for any community to help both the front office and onsite personnel stay on top of their property.

Bird's Eye View can be useful for any type of organization. It can be used by commercial properties (malls, strip malls, office space), residential properties (apartments, mobile home parks, campgrounds, single family homes), student housing, self-storage facilities and more.

More specifically an apartment complex might use the Bird’s Eye View to quickly determine which units are available for a prospect including specific requests such as availability at the back of the parking lot or facing the woods.  A campground might use this system to find available sites that are near the lake within a specific date range (say a weekend).  Residential and Commercial customers might use this to quickly determine delinquency and track rent amounts to quickly determine if rent is slipping in one area.  Self-storage can use this to map the storage units including who is delinquent, what units are available and what type each unit is.  There are many more uses that can be described.

Users have the option to digitize their own maps or have them created for you by trained LCS staff members for a small fee.
