LCS Creates New Web Based Feature For Rent Manager
Integrating Rental Operations & Web Site Marketing For Clients
CINCINNATI, OH - London Computer Systems Inc. (LCS), developer of Rent Manager property management software, reveals their recent business initiative for their top-selling software that pulls together property management operations with web site marketing for their clients.
Their recent successful project with Birch Management Inc. created an opportunity to use their Cincinnati-based web hosting and design services specifically for property management clients. This unique blend of technology allows property management companies to use their web site as a marketing tool and for business operations because their Rent Manager data is shared with their web site files.
The opportunity came when long-time client, Birch Management, based in Greensboro, NC, approached Rent Manager in the Fall of 2008 to help them streamline their business operations fully on the internet.
"We had a lot of web site problems and needed to make a change," explains Lee Porter, principal of Birch Management Inc. "After initially speaking with several web design/hosting companies and not finding the right fit, we talked again with Rent Manager to do it for us. Their team of web and IT experts collaborated to deliver a great solution for us and we're thrilled with the results."
LCS was well-equipped for this challenge because of their dedicated on-site design, IT and software programming departments.
"There's no longer a need for our current or future clients to seek out separate web hosting and design marketing services," states Dave Hegemann, president and founder of LCS. "Since we already manage these types of services for other clients, we were ready to take on Birch's request and now have other companies on board to initiate similar projects."
The Birch Management site now has a complete new design and pulls information from Rent Manager to organize all aspects of their business with an emphasis on: Property Management, Property Listings and Prospective and Current Residents. This saves time for their office staff by efficiently processing maintenance requests, rent payments, owner reports and rental applications. Rent Manager's New Owner web Access Portal was also utilized and fully integrated so property owners can directly log in to their Birch account for complete control and review of their business operations. Residents also have the option to log in to make payments or tenant requests for maintenance.
