three awards on a table

2024 has been an outstanding year for Rent Manager, yielding several accolades and awards in the ever-evolving field of PropTech. From acknowledgment of our outstanding Customer Support department to recognition of the Dallas Rent Manager User Conference as one of the top educational events in the industry, here are some of the awards Rent Manager has earned so far this year.

London Computer Systems (LCS), developer of Rent Manager property management software and other critical business technology solutions, received four Stevie® Awards in the 22nd Annual American Business Awards® (nicknamed The Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned”).

LCS received Silver Stevie Awards in the Customer Service Department of the Year category for the Rent Manager Customer Support department; the Conferences & Meetings – Educational Event category for the 2023 Rent Manager User Conference; the Company of the Year – Real Estate category; and the Best Entrepreneur – Computer Services & Software category.

As a result of structural and onboarding changes, as well as an increased focus on specificity for our representatives, our Customer Support department was recognized for its continued commitment to excellence. Namely, these changes led to a 70% reduction in overall hold times year-over-year (YOY), allowing us to resolve 92.5% of customer issues in one call and earning us an average call rating of 4.8/5 stars according to 9,800 survey responses from customers.

We were honored that our support team was recognized with a Stevie Award last year, and are proud that we earned the same recognition this year.

The Rent Manager User Conference (RMUC) continues to impress attendees and industry professionals alike. In 2023, we hosted our largest conference ever, boasting more than 1,100 attendees and 70 sponsors. Throughout the conference, attendees had access to 91 carefully crafted courses on topics ranging from Giving Your Website Superpowers to Improving Your Bookkeeping Skills and everything in between.

Additionally, attendees could earn National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and National Association of State Boards of Accountancy Continuing Professional Education (NABSA CPE) credits by attending RMUC sessions.

LCS was recognized as one of the top Real Estate companies for continual involvement in the industry, product enhancements, and the breadth of verticals Rent Manager supports. Notable recent feature updates, such as Rent Manager’s partnership with LeaseTrack (our latest built-in technology integration) and Bank Sync (an automated electronic bank reconciliation feature) have kept us ahead of the curve. Meanwhile, our Business Development and Sales teams remained rooted in the people-first nature of the industry by participating in 15 tradeshows, hosting 12 industry events, and visiting six level-one customers last year.

Dave Hegemann, CEO of LCS, was awarded a Stevie for his continued success in the Computer Services & Software industry, commitment to acts of charity in his local community and beyond, and for the sustained growth of the company over more than three decades of business.

The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) honored Rent Manager with the 2024 Prestige Award for Best Associate Member Company. This award recognized the continued excellence of the Rent Manager program, as well as the company’s continued involvement in bettering our local community and beyond through charitable acts.

For example, we have supported organizations including the Salvation Army, Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Toys for Tots, Soles4Souls, New Path Orphanage Loveland Inter Faith Effort (L.I.F.E.) Food Pantry, CancerFree Kids, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Operation Give Back and The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association Outreach Program, to name a few.

Rent Manager took home the gold this year at the CODiE awards for Best Property Intelligence Solution.

Over the years, the CODiE Awards have built a strong reputation as the leading peer-recognized program in the Business and Education Technology industries. This year, Rent Manager won as a result of unwavering dedication to putting the user experience first.

Beyond the comprehensive and endlessly customizable software program itself, Rent Manager also puts the user first by supplying numerous learning opportunities and supporting documentation. Namely, our award-winning Customer Support department, Rent Manager University educational platform, and the exhaustive Help File illustrate our commitment to empowering our customers to make the most of the software.

Our success this year is amplified by an early acknowledgment received from SourceForge—a trusted platform for software reviews—which came directly from our loyal customers. Rent Manager received the SourceForge Leader Award for Spring 2024, an accolade reserved for companies and products with outstanding user reviews on SourceForge.net. We are grateful to our customers for their valuable feedback and support, which have propelled us to this prestigious position.

As we reflect on these achievements, we remain committed to providing innovative, comprehensive, and useful solutions for property managers. These recognitions underscore the Rent Manager team’s dedication to exceeding the expectations of our users and the property management industry as a whole.

We would like to thank our valued customers, whose adamant support has been instrumental to our success. Looking ahead, we’re excited about the possibilities for the rest of the year. We look forward to continuing to lead the way in property management technology.
