Blue Moon’s integration with Rent Manager is growing stronger and more versatile. Users can now send National Apartment Association (NAA) lease documents to residents for an electronic signature, then review and complete the document all without leaving their Rent Manager database! This process is more efficient and contained than ever before. Seal the deal and fill vacancies faster using this revamped workflow.

Recently, we added the ability to view information about your assets from within the app. Important warranty details, maintenance updates, serial numbers, and more are now right at your fingertips.

Rate scheduling for RV parks and campgrounds arrived just in time for the first few glimmers of sunshine and summertime. As vacation season gets into full swing, you can now charge your guests different rates at your short-term-stay parks and properties for weekends, seasons, and holidays; and even customize pricing for fees, taxes, and discounts.
