The clock is ticking! With a little less than two weeks until the 2024 Rent Manager User Conference, the pre-conference hype is getting real! We’re so excited to connect with all of our wonderful customers in beautiful Palm Springs, California this year at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa. As you finalize your packing list and travel itinerary, we wanted to share crucial details that will help you make the most of your RMUC.24 experience.
Essential Packing Checklist
Whether you pack for a trip weeks in advance or throw everything in your suitcase the night before your flight, make sure you don’t forget these conference essential items:
- Business cards
- Chargers for your laptop/tablet and phone
- Peripherals (mouse, USB cables, flash drive, adapters, etc.)
- Old Hollywood-inspired attire for the Opening Reception
- Baseball-themed attire and tennis shoes for the Premier Social Event
Plan Your Itinerary with Cvent
Pre-plan your entire RMUC schedule with Cvent, our official conference app. With two Bootcamps to choose from and over 75 educational sessions, you’re bound to be busy at this year’s conference. You can use the Cvent app to view maps of the conference space, access session handouts and surveys, browse the schedule, chat with your fellow RMUC.24 attendees, and more, all from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
Plus, you can even use Cvent to pre-register for sessions and build your own itinerary, all in the palm of your hand.

New for 2024, you can walk through The Rent Manager Experience—your one-stop shop for all things Rent Manager. Explore each booth to learn more about our products and services, get live product support from our team, test out new and upcoming features, and so much more.
Get Rent Manager Certified On-Site
As part of The Rent Manager Experience, you can leave Palm Springs with one (or more) of four Rent Manager Certifications that demonstrate you’re a Rent Manager expert. Choose from the Rent Manager Core Certification, Third-Party Management Certification, Bookkeeping Certification, or the new Scripting Certification and take an assessment during the conference to show off your Rent Manager knowledge. Even if your schedule’s a bit too packed to squeeze in a test, you can still take advantage of exclusive RMUC.24 pricing by signing up during the event and taking the exam once you return home.

Mix and mingle with your fellow attendees and the Rent Manager team in the Springs Ballroom Terrace and enjoy delicious drinks while you prepare for the week ahead. Big League Dreams Premier Social Event

Set against a backdrop of famous American ballparks—and just 20 minutes away from the resort—you don’t have to be a baseball enthusiast to have an unforgettable time at the Big League Dreams Premier Social Event. Enjoy a delicious dinner and drinks; try your hand at batting cages, axe throwing, human foosball, and more; and dance the night away to a musical performance by The Mighty Untouchables. Join us for a conference wrap-up you won’t soon forget! The rmTrivia Closing Ceremony, hosted by Chief Customer Experience Officer, Chris Griesinger, will have you searching your memory and rolling in the aisles. Watch your fellow RMUC attendees battle it out in a gameshow-styled showdown where they’ll have a chance to show off all the knowledge and knowhow they’ve learned this week. And once the quiz is complete, we’ll get busy giving away scads of sought-after raffle prizes!
