Rent Manager and Its Customers Raise Funds for Breast Cancer Research

Cincinnati, Ohio (November 17, 2015)– London Computer Systems (LCS), developer of Rent Manager^® property management software and other business-critical technologies, is pleased to announce that the attendees of its 2015 Rent Manager User Conference have raised more than $2,000 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and those in the Rent Manager community who have been affected by the disease, Rent Manager hosted a fundraiser during its annual User Conference, RMUC.15, which took place October 5-8, 2015 in New Orleans. During the four-day event, attendees were invited to donate to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, an organization that turns every $25 given into 30 minutes of research.

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is dedicated to making every dollar count towards changing lives. “We invest in research that’s changing how we think about cancer. For every dollar spent, 91 cents is committed to tackling this disease. That means more answers, faster breakthroughs, and treatment personalization for every patient. With more than half a billion dollars raised to date, that’s progress.”-BCRF

RMUC.15 participants showed their generosity and truly charitable spirits through their enthusiasm to give. Conference attendee and presenter, Brent Sobol says, “I’m very happy that Rent Manager took on this philanthropy and made it a part of the User Conference. Giving is the true path to happiness. This is a wonderful cause and I enjoyed the touching testimonial by Dave [Hegemann] during the Conference Keynote [speech].”

Every dollar raised during RMUC.15 was matched by LCS. By joining forces with its customers, LCS has donated a grand total of $2,030 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, resulting in 1,218 hours of dedicated research.
