New integration makes it easier for residents to purchase insurance coverage, and for property managers to track and enforce insurance policies
London Computer Systems (LCS), developer of Rent Manager property management software and other business-critical technologies—is pleased to announce its newest built-in integration: LeaseTrack. This partnership enables residents of multifamily, single-family, manufactured-housing, and student-housing properties to secure renters insurance through Rent Manager’s Tenant Web Access portal, or to be automatically added to a master policy via automated compliance tracking. This easy and affordable liability insurance option is built directly into Rent Manager, making implementation for renters and property managers quick and straightforward. This powerful resource also reduces the risk of property managers incurring out-of-pocket expenses from tenant-caused damage and can generate new revenue streams for their operations.
Rent Manager and LeaseTrack are working together to ensure tenants get the insurance they need while eliminating lapses in coverage. “We are incredibly excited about our partnership with Rent Manager, which has been years in the making,” said Eric Narcisco, LeaseTrack’s Managing Partner. “We hope all Rent Manager users find value in our renters insurance tracking and compliance engine, as well as the ease of use in the embedded solution.”
Residents can upload proof of their existing coverage, which LeaseTrack will monitor on the property manager’s behalf. Renters who don’t provide documentation will be automatically enrolled in the master policy program, ensuring complete insurance compliance.
