This easy-to-use mobile app is specifically designed to connect renters to their property managers. It supports mobile payments and maintenance requests from your tenants’ smartphones. Residents have the flexibility to pay bills, submit maintenance requests, and connect with property managers anytime, from anywhere.

Designed with Property Managers and Residents in Mind

Leveraging the power of Rent Manager’s Tenant Web Access (TWA) portal, tenants can use rmResident to make and view payments, review the status of existing maintenance requests, submit new work orders, and more. The app also enables renters to connect with management in a matter of moments, make in-app rent and fee payments, and schedule future transactions via auto-pay capabilities, directly from their Android^™ and iOS^™ devices. A quick download of the app gives residents the ability to view and handle pressing account information in an instant.
