The process involves three simple steps for you and your applicant to follow. Here’s how it works:
Step One: Send the Applicant a Secure Link
Once you’ve initiated the process, the applicant will receive a secure link via SMS, sent from Rent Manager.
Step Two: The Applicant Provides Bank Account Information
Using the texted link, the applicant logs into their bank account, grants permission for access, and chooses the accounts they wish to include in the bank account snapshot that you will receive.
Step Three: View the Applicant’s Banking Activity
Once complete, a read-only report of the applicant’s recent financial activity is sent to your Rent Manager system for you to review.
