What to Know Before You Go to RMUC.21

We’re just four short weeks away from the 2021 Rent Manager User Conference in Colorado Springs! After last year’s conference hiatus due to COVID-19, we’re especially grateful to connect with you in-person at the world-renowned Broadmoor Hotel. As you prepare for a jam-packed week of networking, learning, and adventure, we wanted to give you a quick rundown of what to expect. First & Foremost – Be Sure to Secure Your Hotel Room(s)

The Broadmoor is completely booked for the dates of November 9–12, 2021. You can call their reservation line—855-634-7711—to be added to the RMUC.21 Room Waitlist, or you can make reservations at one of the many other hotels in the vicinity of The Broadmoor.

Register for Sessions Ahead of Time

This year’s conference will feature 71 total sessions with rich content ranging from beginner to advanced. To make the most of your user conference experience, you’ll want to register for sessions before arriving in Colorado Springs. Visit the Conference Schedule page to see descriptions, dates, and times for each session. Once you’re ready to solidify your itinerary, log into your RMUC.21 account and finalize your agenda—or favorite your classes in the RMUC.21 mobile app by clicking the star icon for any session under “Full Schedule.”

A Royal Rendezvous Opening Reception

Tuesday, November 9th, 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Cost: FREE with conference registration!

Join us for an enchanted evening at The Broadmoor. Immerse yourself in architectural elegance while enjoying light hors d’oeuvres, decadent drinks, and conversing with fellow conference elites! This royal masquerade will feature some of The Broadmoor’s most ornate, historic touches. Explore its vibrant history with a scavenger hunt around the hotel as you connect with your peers and the Rent Manager staff.

A Royal Rendezvous Opening Reception is included in your conference registration fee at no additional cost. Costumes are highly encouraged—masquerade masks, powdered wigs, feathered caps, pearls, lace gloves, and gowns would all be acceptable for this regal gathering.

Wednesday, November 10th, 6:45 pm – 10:00 pm
National Museum of World War II Aviation
Cost: $65 per attendee prior to arriving at The Broadmoor / $85 if purchased onsite

Upon landing at the National Museum of World War II Aviation, you will be greeted and given the VIP treatment as you enter the hangar. Grab a drink and a bite to eat at our bars and food stations before taking flight to explore the museum’s interactive surroundings.

The National Museum of World War II Aviation is the only museum in the world to focus exclusively on the unique story of the role of aviation in World War II. The museum depicts the tremendous technological advancements in aviation during the war and the contributions and sacrifices of the men and women who won the air war.

Heads will turn as you are delightfully entertained with the sounds of a USO-style band and various interactive stations. Inspired by the music, look and feel of The Andrew Sisters, and other 1930s, 40s, and 50s vintage girls groups, the USO Show performed by the Beverly Belles is sure to impress all ages. These beauties with their tight vocal harmonies and adorable choreography have opened for several musical acts all over the country, including Meghan Trainor! Get Social with our Social Media Scavenger Hunt

Explore the historic Broadmoor Hotel, share your RMUC.21 experiences via your social media accounts, and win prizes with an adventure-filled social media scavenger hunt! Complete fun tasks and take photos of your encounters to earn tickets toward some amazing giveaways. Once you’ve made your posts to social media and tag @RentManager and #RMUC21, show off your hard work to a Rent Manager employee to receive your ticket.

Tasks like taking a selfie with a vendor and snapping a photo of Cheyenne Lake will earn you one ticket each. The full Social Media Scavenger Hunt list will be provided to you upon your arrival!
